New Exhibitor Outreach for the Nov 15, 2025 Topekarama

Greetings!
It’s Craig from FANCON CENTRAL, and you are receiving this email because you have previously applied to be an exhibitor at the 2025 Topekarama show.
The show is happening on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the AG HALL, from the hours of 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Now is the time to act, if you are still interested in working the show.
Between now and July 20, and while open booths are available, all you need to do is take a look at the diagram at https://topekarama.exhibit and let me know which booths you want. The pricing is posted at this link as well.
If you’ve already requested to be at the 2025 show, and applied through the FANCON CENTRAL application process, then you need not apply again. Just reply and let me know what you want, and I’ll send you a paypal invoice.
IMPORTANT: Limited space is available, and will be sold on a first-come, first served basis!
On July 20, all remaining available exhibitor space will go up for sale to new applicants and the general public.
As always, I’ll try to keep up with blacking out space on the layout map as fast as I can, but sometimes a delay of up to 24 hours can occur.
