MESSAGE TO 2024 EXHIBITORS

This message was emailed to all exhibitors who vended at the 2024 Topekarama show. The following is an email that was sent out on June 17.

It’s Craig again, and I wanted to share with you some info regarding the 2025 TOPEKARAMA show.

The show is happening on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the AG HALL, from the hours of 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Between now and July 4, all of you may sign up, and pay for, the show at last year’s pricing. You may also upgrade, downgrade, and/or move elsewhere in the room (depending on availability). Due to an increase in the cost of the Ag Hall, prices are going up. All of you have until July 4 to secure your booths at last year’s prices. After that, if you have not paid, the price goes up to the new 2025 pricing.

INLINE BOOTH: 2024 = $49, after July 4 it goes up to $55

CORNER BOOTH: 2024 = $79, after July 4 goes up to $90

If you’ve already requested to be at the 2025 show, and applied through the FANCON CENTRAL application process, then you need not apply again. Just reply and let me know what you want, and I’ll send you a paypal invoice.

On July 5, all unclaimed exhibitor space will go up for sale to new exhibitors and the general public.

As always, I’ll try to keep up with blacking out space as fast as I can.
